Return the Item: Pack the product securely and ship it to the return address provided by the vendor. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Important: Do not return items to Christbody directly. All returns must go through the vendor.

    Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original method of payment.

Full Refunds: Products that meet the return conditions will be refunded in full, excluding shipping fees unless the return is due to an error by the vendor (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Partial Refunds: If a returned item shows signs of wear, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to vendor error, only a partial refund may be granted.
Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

    If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process outlined above. After receiving and approving your returned product, the vendor will ship the new item to you, subject to availability.

    Christbody serves as a marketplace for Christian vendors to sell their products, and while we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we are not responsible for any individual vendor’s return or refund policies. All return and refund disputes must be handled directly with the vendor.
